Cycle Poland 2016 in support of Polish hospices

2000km charity bike ride along a beautiful mountain route from Wroclaw, the European Capital of Culture 2016, to historic Krakow. Raise funds to support terminally ill patients and visit hospices to deliver equipment and see the impact of your fundraising first hand.

The ride is run entirely by volunteers, so all funds raised provide vital medical equipment for Polish hospices.
