Join a 28 day trip down the Rio Maran, the longest free flowing river in the world and the main source of the Amazon. This trip is an amazing chance to experience the Grand Canyon of South America and show your support of a dam freeMaran as the Peruvian Government plans to create 20 dams on the river that could contribute to ecological collapse of the Amazon rain forest. My girl friend and I are conservationists, well be living and working in a cloud forest nature reserve in Ecuador before the trip and are looking for at least 6 people to join us on a trip down the RioMaran starting in early October and going for about 28 days. Well be travelling with river conservation organization Sierra Rios and are looking for people to keep cost lower and promote conservation of this amazing area.
