In April 2013 I will attempt to walk over 1200 miles along the Great Himalaya Trail in Nepal, solo unsupported. The aims of the expedition are to raise money for the Gurkha Welfare Trust and the Soldiers Sailors Airmen Families Association and to promote alternative trekking locations in Nepal to potential tourists.
The route will see me walk through some of the remote and demanding terrain within Nepal, much of which will be within the Himalayas.
