If, like us, you’ve felt a little claustrophobic over the past few months, you’ll be equally keen to get some new adventures lined up for 2021. To feel part of the big wide world again. We are thrilled to be opening up again, and are now taking new bookings for our brilliant, life-changing adventures from Summer 2021 onwards.

And we want you to feel reassured that you can book with full confidence. At Explorers Connect we take our responsibility to you seriously and provide full financial protection (and always have done) on all bookings, so your money is safeguarded.

We hope our full terms and conditions give you reassurance: in summary if our ever-changing landscape shifts once again, you would have a few options to choose from:

Free date changes or Full refunds

If we have to cancel an adventure or you cannot attend due to government restrictions

  • we will process a full refund within 14 days, no quibbles.

  • or if you’d prefer we will find new date(s) to fit as many of those booked as possible. We’ve been able to prioritise this personal service over the last few months because we are a community-led organisation.

As a not-for-profit organisation we are incredibly grateful for the support of our community during this difficult time. Nearly every single person who was booked onto an adventure affected by COVID-19 chose to keep their booking with us and move it to 2021, this has been instrumental in helping us weather the storm.
