Racing solo, unsupported over the Trans American Trail, a 4,233 mile route from Astoria, Oregon to Yorktown in Virginia. This race has one stage only, the clock starts in Oregon and stops in Yorktown, the rules are simple: ride as much as you like, no restrictions, no outside assistance, no drafting. Therefore you carry all your own kit, fend for yourself on the open road.
