Biking across Aomomi-Fukuoka-Busan-Seoul. Looking for a filmmaker.

Hey, everyone!

This is Violeta and I’ve been travelling the world for 9 months now. I spent 5 months crossing the US east coast to west coast by land (mainly on buses/trains and I hitchhiked from Denver to San Francisco), and I’ve been travelling around Europe (crossing from Italy to… well, as north as I can possibly get; hopefully, Svalbard:D) since the New Year’s Eve (almost for 4 months now).

The next thing I want to do is to cross Asia by land from Japan all the way back to Europe, and I think a pretty fun thing to start with is biking across Aomomi-Fukuoka->Busan-Seoul (~1,600 + 600 km). I am a super easy-going person (a bit anxious sometimes, but it’s all within the normal as far as I know:D). I’m planning to start it as soon as I finish with Europe, which I imagine would be sometime during the beginning/mid/end of the summer, but it’s all super flexible.

If you can join for just a part of the adventure (even a week or two), let’s get in touch! If you want to join for the whole adventure, let’s get in touch! If you don’t know if you can make it because it looks hard, don’t worry, I don’t know if I can do it either, but let’s get in touch!:DD I’m sure we’ll all figure it out. There’s no rush, and everything is super adjustable:)

If you’re a videographer who is interested even just in collaborating on a documentary (don’t need to be part of the bicycling, but if you want to, that would be absolutely great), let’s get in touch! I know a few people who organize film festivals, so that might be a pretty cool opportunity for you, and I imagine we could do something absolutely great and fun!

I am personally a Mathematics tutor (have my own business), so I will need a quiet place with wifi for a couple hours a week (usually, 3 afternoons a week for about 3-4 hours), but that’s also generally flexible. I plan it to be as budget-friendly as possible. Mainly eating the oatmeal + milk + apples + cinnamon + honey on a stove equivalent:D (which in Iceland I calculated to be about €0.88 per meal haha), I’ll bring a tent with me, and I also want to couchsurf around to experience a bit more (I absolutely love couchsurfing!). Btw, that’s my couchsurfing profile, where you can read my references: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/violeta-kabadzhova

We don’t need to prepay for anything. I personally imagine I would buy a bicycle on the spot for about 200-300 euros, but I will contact some bike brands for partnerships to see if they are interested, and if that works out, that would be absolutely phenomenal:)). You can sleep in my tent but FYI you’ll definitely need earplugs:) Starting day is flexible. I have no idea how much time it would take us, but I imagine anything between a month and three months (but I also imagined I would be finished with Europe by the end of January and I’m still here:D). Days off for seeing girlfriends/boyfriends are absolutely acceptable and encouraged if you want to. You can come and go as you please:)

I also have a superpower to arrange pretty cheap flight tickets, so if that stops you, just ignore it and let’s get in touch! I’m pretty good at living on a budget (during the US crossing, I generally spent about $700-900 a month:D). However, even if that stops you, just text me, let’s get in touch, and see what happens:D!

Sooo.. All that is needed is just excitement! And just no falling in love pleaase:) We’ll figure out everything else. Let’s get in touch and see where we’ll end up!

In any case, thank you for reading and I wish you a very, very pleasant, sunny and smiley rest of the day!😊
