I rowed the Atlantic in 2021 and will be rowing independently around U.K. in June/July 2024 . I’m looking to recruit fellow crew members.
We would be rowing with Leven Brown ,one of the top ocean rowing skippers worldwide . Leven has extensive ocean rowing experience and knows his stuff which is just what you need in U.K. waters !
The commitment :
An estimated cost of £10k either self funding or through sponsorship or both .
30-40 days the row itself
Buy own kit-waterproofs , row kit etc.
Sea survival , VHF , possibly first aid , nav training at own expense .
Commitment to training time beforehand .
This is an incredible opportunity to row with one of the best ( Leven, not me ! ) and significant commitment . It’s not for the faint hearted, the U.K. has pretty much the tricksiest waters anywhere.
