I'm after team mates to join an expedition to the Arctic Pole - a world-first adventure to the heart of the Arctic Ocean. The aim of the adventure is to observe the Arctic Wildlife on the ice and ground-truth satellite readings of ice thickness from the middle of the ocean. The distance to the Arctic Pole is 800 miles, 200 nautical miles further from land than the North Pole. Our group will be split into 4 teams, each walking a 200-mile section of the journey spending around 20 days on the ice. If selected you will be placed into 1 of the teams. Which one depends upon ability. The expedition sets-off in February 2015 and your last chance to apply is July 2014. Get in touch if you have any questions.
