I am currently in the midst of planning a cross-Canada bicycle ride. This ride will not only include cycling, but also integrating volunteering into my journey across the country. Using WWOOF and HelpX, among other volunteering organisations, I will ride from New Brunswick to wherever my winter volunteering position is (be that Ontario, or British Columbia), and then, stay the winter with a volunteer host, before either continuing West, or going South - and around the world.
Although I do not have an exact route plotted out yet, I am hoping to do so in the near future. But, this will largely depend upon where I can stay during the winter of 2015.
