On 1st April 2011 British adventurer Sarah Outen embarked on her London2London: Via the World expedition a human-powered loop of the planet.
Plotting a route never before undertaken, Sarah's journey will see her cycle, row and kayak over 20,000 miles. As she travels the world, she will be breaking records, raising money for charity and sharing her adventures with young and old alike. The first year saw Sarah cycle and kayak more than 11,000 miles from London to Choshi, Japan. In 2012 her audacious attempt to row solo across the North Pacific Ocean from Japan to Canada was cut short by Tropical Storm Mawar. Sarah spent nine months in the UK preparing mentally and physically to row across the North Pacific again. And on the 27th April 2013, she set off from Japan to do just that. She is now bound for Alaska and you can plot her progress using her Tracker.
