This is the story of my motorcycle Adventure around the world which I started in 2007. In 2007 I rode a BMW 650 GS from Malaysia to Ireland taking in Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Bulgaria,Serbia,Hungry, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, France and Ireland. In 2009 I rode a BMW r 1200 GSA around Australia and it's vast expansive terrain. In 2011 I rode another BMW r 1200 GSAfrom Alaska to Argentina taking in Alaska, Canada, USA, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. I am Currently planning and saving for the next leg of the trip which hopefully will take me from the Arctic Circle in Norway to Cape town South Africa Via Mongolia.
There is a lot of planning that goes into these trips, routes to work out, visa's needed, weather conditions etc but it's all worth it when you're on the road. I try to camp as much as possible on these trips. I have travelled through some amazing countries and places and met some fantastic people along the way. I have ridden to the highest point and the lowest point on earth, through the driest place and some of the wettest and I have enjoyed every second of it.
